Supporting Emotional Growth at Home

Thoughtfully designed, CASEL-aligned books and SEL curriculum that grow with your family

Resilient Reads offers books and social-emotional learning curriculum designed to support children, teens, and adults as they explore emotions, build coping skills, and grow together.

Our resources are created to fit naturally into everyday family life, whether you are reading together, reflecting through journaling, or practicing skills through guided learning.

🌿 What “CASEL-Aligned” Means for Your Family

Resilient Reads programs are aligned with the CASEL Social-Emotional Learning framework, which is the most widely used SEL model in schools across the U.S.

That simply means everyone is building five essential life skills through stories, activities, and reflection.

💛 Self-Awareness
Understanding feelings, thoughts, and emotions

🧘🏾‍♀️ Self-Management
Learning how to calm down, handle stress, and manage big emotions

👫 Social Awareness
Building empathy, kindness, and understanding of others

💞 Relationship Skills
Learning how to communicate, listen, and build healthy relationships

🌱 Responsible Decision-Making
Making thoughtful, caring choices and solving problems in positive ways.

These skills help us feel safe, confident, and ready to handle everyday challenges at home, in school, and in our communities.
